Caz
My passion to help people has been with me since I was a young girl, finally I have the pleasure of bringing sunshine into the lives of others. I really enjoy people; we are all so different and interesting, having challenges and hurdles to jump over is part of life and a massive part of learning.
I know we all want to feel a sense of belonging, feel valued and we all need a ‘motivation push’ from someone who cares about us, when we are stuck. Mentoring people to look at their life in a different way is very rewarding and watching their successes brightens my day.
My diverse life experiences taught me how to be a good mentor, empowering and engaging people to re-evaluate things and create a different future. Having a person that is there for you when you need a different perspective, advise, support and clear direction will make you feel safe and provide a sense of belonging.
My dream is to empower more people, so I train people to be great Mentors, creating a spectacular ripple effect on so many people in the community.
